Grace Bergen - General Counsel of Tower Records - She has written legal opinions and speaks across the country about Napster.
Robin Gross - Staff Attorney, Electronic Freedom Foundation - expert on Fair Use.
Jeff Allen - A founding managing director for Rocket Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm in Silicon Valley that invests in early-stage software and services companies.
Peter Allen - Director of Client SW Enginerring for Napster, now doing Digital Rights Management.
Jian Zhang - Responsible for a line of billing products for content distribution at Portal Software and an expert at the issues of payment. Portal worked closely with Napster.
